Lisa Li is a Swiss-based Interactive Experience Designer working across freelance projects and as a Senior UX Designer at Hays, on contract with Dentsply Sirona.
Her work sits at the intersection of complex workflows, emerging technology, and human-centered design. She enjoys untangling intricate systems and transforming them into clear, intuitive experiences—with experience in the medical and digital healthcare, PropTech and cybersecurity industries.
Her contribution spans UX strategy, workflow definition, interaction design, information architecture, cross-product experience design, prototyping, design systems and patterns, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Outside of design, Lisa is driven by the same curiosity that shapes her work. She enjoys stepping away from the city to explore unfamiliar places—camping, hiking, kayaking, and taking long, aimless drives through the countryside. For her, exploring the world is another way of staying curious, observing how people and environments work, and finding inspiration in unexpected places.
